My wife and I saw an episode of American Chopper the other day where OCC was building a custom chopper for a guy who owned a bunch of Arabian Horses.  They tried to make the chopper appear as a horse with the tank being the horses head, real saddle, and even a bridle.  Needless to say it ended up being rather disappointing.  Proportions were not very good and it just looked weak.

THESE are just plain awesome.
The Dead Wresters Society exhibition is filled with portraits of wrestlers who are, er, dead.

 

 

The works feature British legends such as Giant Haystacks (aka Martin Austin Ruane, 1946-1998), WWF stars such as ‘Macho Man’ Randy Savage (aka Randy Mario Poffo, 1952-2011), and Mexican wresting luninaries such as the Blue Demon (aka Alejandro Muñoz Moreno, 1922-2000).

 

 

The exhibition kicks off tomorrow (Weds Sep 21) at the Aspex Gallery, Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth with a preview from 6-8pm. The show then runs until October 30.
